The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of rhythmical movement in P. E. classes by analyzing the formative evaluation of rhythmical movement during warming up. The results are as follows : 1) Many students wanted to perform rhythmical movement with music. 2) Students became more interested and enthusiastic about rhythmical movement as the classes progressed. 3) The proper selection of music was an important motivating factor for the students. 4) Many students enjoyed performing rhythmical movements and communicating with a partner while developing the movements. 5) Even students who lacked interest at the start of the study showed an increased interest by the end.
