In recent years professional development is one of the biggest problems for elementary science education. For the students of teacher training course, we surveyed their attitude to science learning using a questionnaire. The following results were obtained; 1. The students more than half liked science and approximately 20% of students disliked science. 2. As for approximately 60% of students, the knowledge and understanding about contents of the elementary school science did not have confidence. 3. Half of students did not want to be in charge of science lesson in practice teaching.
