葉面密閉と葉表面温度測定を取り入れた光合成の教材開発 ヨウメン ミッペイ ト ヨウ ヒョウメン オンド ソクテイ オ トリイレタ コウゴウセイ ノ キョウザイ カイハツ The Development of Teaching Materials on Photosynthesis Focusing on the Measurement of the Surface Temperature of Leaves on a Sealed Leaf Surface 正元, 和盛 マサモト, カズモリ Masamoto, Kazumori 柴田, 彩緒里 シバタ, サオリ Shibata, Saori 小宮, 良基 コミヤ, ヨシキ Komiya, Yoshiki 坂本, 祐輔 サカモト, ユウスケ Sakamoto, Yusuke 375.12 Transpiration Thermography Radiation thermometer scientific thinking In order to clarify the cooling effect from the transpiration of leaves, we measured the temperature of the face-side surface of leaves which were attached to a polyethylene sheet on the back half-side of the leaves, as well as using a thermo-camera, using simple radiation thermometers which are found in the science classes of elementary and lower secondary schools. After taking the measurements, the leaves were directly measured for amount of starch accumulated through photoshynthesis, using Tatakizome method.
