地方自治体におけるPDCAサイクルのための国際文化交流事業の評価についての考案 A Study on the Evaluation of International Cultural Exchange for Pdca Cycle in the Local Government. チホウ ジチタイ ニ オケル PDCA サイクル ノ タメ ノ コクサイ ブンカ コウリュウ ジギョウ ノ ヒョウカ ニ ツイテ ノ コウサツ Toyama, Yasunari 藤山, 泰成 318.11 application/pdf 論文(Article) 本稿は、PDCAサイクルによるマネジメントの観点から国際文化交流の評価について先行研究が指摘する問題点を整理したうえで、自治体の定める総合計画と評価資料から実際に行われている行政評価について検証した。検証の結果、施策の成果と事務事業の結果の混用がみられた。また、意識の向上という成果目標を掲げながらその評価のための意識調査が行われていなかった。意識調査については様々な評価指標から要求されていながらも作業が複雑で実施できないことから、今後の研究で簡便な手法を検討することとした。 This report paid off the problems that a precedent study pointed out about an evaluation of the international cultural exchange from the viewpoint of management by the PDCA cycle. And I really inspected it about an administration evaluation carried out from the "general plan" "evaluation document" that the local government established. As a result of inspection, they used "a result of the office work business" together with "the result of the measure". In addition, "an attitude survey" was not carried out while placing "improvement of the consciousness" with result target. "The attitude survey" is required from various evaluation indexes, but it is complicated and cannot carry out work.
