自閉症幼児における動作法導入初期のプロセスについての検討 : 二項関係から三項関係の成立を目指して ジヘイショウ ヨウジ ニ オケル ドウサホウ ドウニュウ ショキ ノ プロセス ニ ツイテ ノ ケントウ : ニコウ カンケイ カラ サンコウ カンケイ ノ セイリツ オ メザシテ The Development Process of Child with Autism in the Early Periods of Dohsa-hou 榎木田, 祥代 エノキダ, サチヨ Enokida, Sachiyo 菊池, 哲平 キクチ, テッペイ Kikuchi, Teppei 378 young child with autism diadic relationship traiadic relationship Dohsa-hou The purpose of this study was to examine the development process of child with autism in the early periods of Dohsa-hou in 4 days psychological rehabilitation camp, especially, the progress of relationship between client and therapist. The client was 4-years-old boy with autism showed anxiety and hyperactivity, resisted to being touched by the therapist. In addition, the client was not able to keep eye contact. As Dohsa-hou sessions progressed, he gradually felt soothed, looked around himself. We discussed that the client could address the tasks in Dohsa-hou, because he acquired dyadic relationship among the therapist. Then, the client could address on new tasks in Dohsa-hou （e. g., UDEAGE, HIZA-DACHI） aimed to establish triadic relationship.
