<dc:description>The present study aims at examining how, at basketball games, the elementary school higher graders can find and solve the learning tasks for themselves and, especially, at examining the teaching process that will lead them to discover and pursue the 'prime space'. The results of this study suggest that: 1.By making the ring bigger and getting the pupils to note movement processes (record), their task recognition and pursuit desire will be provoked and their qualitative interests in the game will be heightened. 2.By presenting 'movement model' in tune with the learners' recognition level, technique-structure recognition, self-recognition, learning task selection, and solution device selection will be realized within a shorter time and the meaning and value of learning will also be grasped. 3. By clarifying his/her instructing activities, such as indicating the problem situation, suggesting a solution device, confirming the solution means, organizing activities, and evaluating problem solution, the instructor can effectively teach the learners how to learn. 4.The teaching-learning processes of this type-will necessitate a bigger unit construction.</dc:description>
