<dc:description>The purpose of this study was to examine the development process of child with autism in the early periods of Dohsa-hou in 4 days psychological rehabilitation camp, especially, the progress of relationship between client and therapist. The client was 4-years-old boy with autism showed anxiety and hyperactivity, resisted to being touched by the therapist. In addition, the client was not able to keep eye contact. As Dohsa-hou sessions progressed, he gradually felt soothed, looked around himself. We discussed that the client could address the tasks in Dohsa-hou, because he acquired dyadic relationship among the therapist. Then, the client could address on new tasks in Dohsa-hou （e. g., UDEAGE, HIZA-DACHI） aimed to establish triadic relationship. In conclusion, Dohsa-hou included the processes of acquiring the dyadic relationship, therefore, it is necessary to devise how to exchange with clients.</dc:description>
