          <dc:description>In this study, a psychological education program based on the theory of cognitive behavioral therapy was created, and the effective self-esteem improvement and anxiety reduction examined for a fourth grade target class. As a result, the program was found to be effective in improving self-esteem and reducing anxiety generally, and the effect was found to be maintained one and a half months later. However, since no effect was observed in the two low-order factors of anxiety, it would appear that the children need not only the cognitive side of thinking, but also require work with the body, which is closely related to the emotions. In addition, it was also considered necessary to devise content that enhances self-acceptance. Furthermore, large changes in scores, greater than the average for the entire class were seen in the low self-esteem group and the high-anxiety group, and thus the program was thought to have performed effectively for these two groups which require support.</dc:description>
