The purpose of this study was to examine the health situation, living behavior, function and the relationship between cumulative fatigue symptoms index (CFSl) and the related factors were studied in elementary school teacher. About 20% of teachers complained of ill-health and 11% had complaints of bad sleep. The time for relax at home among male teachers was longer than that among female teachers. About 77% of the male and female teachers spent 1-2 hours for overtime work after returning home. Self-assessment of health, sleep condition, holiday rest, guidance of sports after school, delayed time of leaving school, overtime work after returning home, atmosphere of work place, and feeling satisfaction to work were associated with the selection rate CFSI. |
