| 内容記述 | This paper is concerning leadership in non profit organizations. I think we should improve the way now the leadership is to be exhibited in organizations, because leadership is crucial to NPO, volunteer groups, hospital, school, etc. For the last many decades, studies have been pursued on leader and leadership. However, very few attempts have been made at studying leadership in non profit organizations. Many women work in the business world today. Necessarily, women leaders may increase in organizations in the near future. The way of leadership execution may change in organizations. In this paper, I would like to explore leadership in non profit organizations in view of typological studies. | |||||
