| 内容記述 | Dr. Netsu gave a press conference on the 15th of October in 2006 and published the facts of three cases of gestational surrogacy prohibited by the Japan Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology.\ The Japanese Government asked the Science Council of Japan to discuss the application of Artificial Reproductive Technology to the patients with a history of recurrent miscarriage and unsuccessful pregnancies on the 30th of November, specifically to discuss surrogate conception, which contains not only genetic surrogacy but also gestational surrogacy.\ This paper clarifies that gestational surrogacy is not so dangerous for surrogate mothers that it should not be prohibited; moreover, as it is not a threat to our civil society, it is never an act contrary to public policy. |
