{"created":"2024-01-10T06:14:04.708395+00:00","id":2000166,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"5fce267a-9cc4-44a4-b1ff-544707940b9b"},"_deposit":{"created_by":12,"id":"2000166","owners":[12],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"2000166"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:kumadai.repo.nii.ac.jp:02000166","sets":["399:562","585:620:1703568889627"]},"author_link":[],"control_number":"2000166","item_15_biblio_info_6":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2023-12-18","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"246","bibliographicPageStart":"239","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"72","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"熊本大学教育学部紀要","bibliographic_titleLang":"ja"}]}]},"item_15_description_5":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Miyazaki Prefecture has introduced a certification system (Hinata no Kiwami) for improving working conditions in the workplace and fulfilling work-life-balance in order to address depopulation trends in Miyazaki Prefecture.\nThe objectives of this paper are 1) to make clear the features, effects and issues of the certification system known as Hinata no Kiwami, and 2) to incorporate life planning into high school home economics lessons, making use the Hinata no Kiwami, through which high school students can discover the values of living and working in Miyazaki Prefecture.\nTo achieve this, we gathered information on the Miyazaki Prefectural certification system (Hinata no Kiwami) for improving working conditions in the workplace, then analyzed the reasons given on the Miyazaki Prefecture website for implementing certifications, and also conducted surveys with companies with regard to these certifications.\nThe following were found from the results: 1) According to website of Miyazaki Prefecture, 23companies cite securing and retention of local workers as the objectives of the companies’ certification. Most companies create a new leave system and promote that leave system. Results show that the rate of paid days off taken by work employees has increased, while the turnover rate has decreased.  2) As for the questionnaire survey, we cited an array of interesting measures, for examples, compiling a guidebook to the child care and family care leave system, providing monetary support for self-study, providing opportunities for reading books, going to concerts and art museums, etc., for employees, under the management philosophy of Work-Life-Integration.  3) We also offer high school home economics lesson incorporation managers of certified companies as guest teachers.
