We analyzed the answers of 75 people using path analysis. Our results indicate that by stepping up knowledge of the impact of exercise, food, and sleep on physical health, people become more aware of the importance of positive daily life habits pertaining to mental and emotional health. This leads to the adoption of further positive life habits as well as the kind of life habits that help people to feel good all day long. We also clarified that by improving knowledge of the impact of exercise, food, and sleep on mental and emotional health, the greater the motivation to implement exercise, food routines, as well as sleep patterns intended to protect future mental and emotional health―and the greater the possibilities for stressor controls. In the context of health and physical education designed to increase capacity for positive daily life habits for the future at the elementary school level, these results indicate the importance of holding classes that generate scientific knowledge pertaining to the relationship between exercise, food, and sleep and mental and emotional health.}, pages = {301--308}, title = {小学校高学年を対象とした心の健康に関する保健教育についての一考察 : 心の健康を守ることを意識した運動,食事,睡眠に関する望ましい習慣の実践等に及ぼす影響要因の検討より}, volume = {72}, year = {2023}, yomi = {キヨマツ, サエ and イリタニ, ヒトシ and ヤマベ, マリ and サトウ, ノブコ and クボ, マサコ} }
