内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to propose educational support methods for children with severe and multiple disabilities living in remote areas in Thailand, and to collaborate with related organizations for inclusive communities. The first author visited a special education center and conducted a survey to understand the educational situation of children with disabilities. After that, visited each home of children with disabilities in Koh Chang, Trat Province to search for activities that meet their individual needs. At the same time, set up a PATH meeting with local stakeholders to share information about the future of the target children. Furthermore, revisit Koh Chang in a few months and re-propose activities. In addition, with the participation and cooperation of related organizations, held a workshop on supporting children with disabilities and collected comments from the participants. Through these educational practices, shared the need to provide basic education to children with severe and multiple disabilities in developing countries and how should cooperate with parents and related organizations. It also created the beginning of building partnerships aimed at creating an inclusive community. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
