| 内容記述 | The curriculum management, nowadays, is expected in order to improve qualitatively the educational activities at schools. The PDCA cycle is one of the means to attain such goals. In this article, firstly, the manual for teachers to implement a study of educational practice according to the PDCA cycle is introduced. Secondly, issues among the PDCA, OODA, and D-OODA are discussed. Thirdly, the paradigm shifts towards (1) the accountability for school-based curriculum, (2) the development of competencies to create future society, and (3) the cooperation and collaboration to implement cross-curricular approach to develop such competencies, are needed so that each reflective practitioner can share the goals to improve learning of students and one’s own practical teaching skills. Finally, as a conclusion, intrinsic value of the study of educational practice according to the PDCA cycle was theoretically and empirically examined. | |||||||||||
