This study examines both the experience and the educational effects of the experimental activities of crafts making in the adaptation class targeted at school refusals. The class was organized by Kumamoto Municipal Education Center as a part of a program called \"Friendly\" to stimulate creativity, cooperativeness and interest in crafts making for school refusals. We contributed this program as instructors to assist the teaching stuffs and instructed the making crafts as helicopters of bamboo, chopsticks and musical instruments among others. This program got good results; school refusals were more interested in making traditional crafts, experienced pleasure and got good impression.
