| 内容記述 | This study explores the use of AI chatbots to support teachers engaged in special needs education, focusing on their effectiveness, challenges, and future prospects. From September 2024 to September 2025, a web-based questionnaire was conducted, yielding 408 valid responses, including teachers, university students, and parents. Results showed high evaluations of accuracy, time-saving, workload reduction, and new insights, with chi-square tests indicating significant trends. Further analysis of the specialized chatbot “Ogenmaru” highlighted its strong utility for developing individualized educational plans. Free-text responses emphasized reduced burden, enhanced reflection, and issues such as foreign language output. These findings suggest AI chatbots can facilitate both efficiency and professional development in special needs education.. | |||||||||||||||||
