| 内容記述 | This study reveals the recovery process and challenges for condominiums damaged by the 2016 Kumamoto earthquake. The survey results are as follws:Many respondents found insufficient funds for restoration. Thus, they used the repair reserve fund because earthquake insurance alone was insufficient. More severely damaged condominiums consulted multiple specialists. It is hoped that a system for dispatching specialists will be established rapidly after an earthquake. A certain amount of trouble with construction companies was also observed. The number of problems could be reduced if some construction contractor selection standards were implementeds. | |||||||||||||||||
