The survey results are as follws:Many respondents found insufficient funds for restoration. Thus, they used the repair reserve fund because earthquake insurance alone was insufficient. More severely damaged condominiums consulted multiple specialists. It is hoped that a system for dispatching specialists will be established rapidly after an earthquake. A certain amount of trouble with construction companies was also observed.
