| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to clarify teachers' needs the use of rest spaces for teachers working in elementary schools in Kumamoto City, Japan. The results are as follows: The first is where to take breaks and how to spend them, depending on the duration of the break. Second, areas for resting and resting should be set up separately. Third, the place to rest should be independent and closed, and the rest area should be located in the staff room where communication among teachers is easy. | |||||||||||||||||
