| 内容記述 | We researched the present state of collaboration between school health and community health. The content of the research includes the implementation state in 2006, consciousness toward collaboration, effects of collaboration, the content of desired future collaboration, and the factors that hinder collaboration. The collaboration implementation rates were 59% for school and 100% for community health. For school health, collaboration was conducted often in group health guidance, handling of children with issues, grasping of the actual state, school health organizational activities, etc. Regarding community health, collaboration was often seen in group health guidance, school health organizational activities, grasping of the actual state, etc. Collaboration was achieved in about 20% for both school health and community health, presenting no difference between the two, and the rates of failure to collaborate were 34% for school and 8% for community health, indicating a higher rate for school. The effects of collaboration in school health included use of technical knowledge, the latest information, and imformation on the actual state of the community; creative use of educational materials for experimentation, and teaching methods, and higher interest of children. The effect in community health were almost the same. The frequently indicated factors that hinder collaboration were no neeed, and no or llittle information on community health, as to school health; as for community health, they were no need, no request from school, and difficulty in time adjustment. | |||||
