In the amendament, the word of "specal education" changed into the word of "special support education". The change meant not only word level but system level. We can help Students with speceial educational needs in every primary school, every seconry school and every kindergaraden under the change of educationanl system. This is one of the most critical changing points in the amendament. Many teachers feel anxiety about the systematical change of education. The purpose of this study was to discuss contents and methods of an introductory program for teachers involved in special support Education. The study consisted of two parts; the first was a program develpoment part and the second was evaluation of modified two progarams. A survey by qusetionnaire condacted on attendants of each Program. Two programs carried out in the second part of the study rated highly in all questions such as comprehensive satisfaction and understanding of contents and satisfaction and types of experiences in each subprogram.
