On the other hand we are being faced with the system reform of education for people with educational needs from "Tokushu-kyouiku: special education" to "Tokubetu-sien-kyouiku: special support education". It is very important to discuss about methodology and contents of teaching behavior analysis for persons involved in education under the situation of the system change. In my opinion, programs about teaching behavior analysis shold include contents about how to establish a school committee for students with special educational needs and how to maintain it. This means that these types of programs shold change from teaching behavior analysis to teaching behavior consultation.
