| 内容記述 | Sepsis is a severe illness, and its mortality rate has not improved over the past three decades, whereas many prospective studies have been tried. There, we make efforts to present new therapeutic horizons of intervention toward sepsis, using a septic peritonitis model of mice. Various events occur in septic hosts, we especially took notice on innate immune response during septic peritonitis among them. Namely, we nanlyzed dynamic state of leukocytes, cytokines that have impacts on leukocytes, JAK-STAT (janus kinase-signal transducer and activator) pathway that mediates cytokine response, SOCS (suppressor of cytokine signaling) proteins that regulate JAK-STAT pathway. | |||||||||||
