| 内容記述 | We developed a group experiential program for student teachers to look back on their practical training at school. This program was composed of two major sessions a day. In the first session, student teachers, divided into small groups, discussed what they had done during practical training and shared their thoughts and feelings. In the second session, they reflected on their leadership behavior based on the feed back data, i.e., positive on negative responses of school children or students they had taught. Two hundred and seventy-two student teachers participated in this program in 1999 and 2000. And they evaluated this program positively to reflect on their experiences during practical training at school. | |||||
