| 内容記述 | CD8+ T cells play an important role in viral elimination, while the dysfunction and abnormal differentiation of virus specific CD8+ T cells cause chronic infection and the exacerbation. The study concerning the differentiation and maturation of human CD8+ T cells is important for vaccine development and immunopathological analysis of various viral diseases. Therefore, we investigated functional heterogeneity and differentiation / maturation of human effector CD8+ T cells. |
