The downstream molecules of α4/PP2Ac remain unclear. It is one of the reasons that the gene targeting of α4 was emblionic lethal. Then, conditional gene targeting of a4 has been analyzed. Conditional gene targeting of α4 in B or T lymphocytes demonstrated that α4 played a pivotal role in the proliferation and the differentiation of lymphocytes. It is thought that α4 plays an important role in the neuronal cells because α4-b, an α4 -related molecule, is selectively expressed in the brain and testis, and PP2Ac is abundantly expressed in the brain. In addition, it is expected that the function of α4 is able to be made clearer by deleting α4 gene in α4-b expressing neuronal cells. So, to investigate the neuron specific function of α4, α4 gene was deleted in the neronal cells (N-α4 KO mouse) by conditional gene targeting in this research.}, title = {タンパク質脱リン酸化酵素 PP2A 制御分子 α4 の細胞調節機能 : 脳における CaMKII 活性調節と学習記憶に関する研究}, year = {2007}, yomi = {ヤマシタ, タケシ and ヤマシタ, タケシ} }
