Scale for Assertion of Clinical Nurse(SAN)を用いて質問紙調査を行い、これらへの反応と先輩看護師の年齢・婚姻状況・職位との関連を検討した。対象者は臨床経験2年目以上の病院看護師736名で、424名(有効回答率57.6%)の回答を解析した。SANはアサーション尺度・非主張性尺度・攻撃性尺度の3尺度から成り、前二者は一定の内的一貫性が認められたが、攻撃性尺度の内的一貫性は低かった。しかし、3尺度の因子妥当性は支持され、仮想シナリオへの回答と合理的な関連が認められたことから基準関連妥当性も支持された。今後さらに、信頼性を高め妥当性を検証する作業が望まれる。(次項目へ続く）","subitem_description_type":"Other"},{"subitem_description":"（前項目から続き）\n仮想シナリオおよびSANによれば新人に対して、年齢40歳以上および主任・師長級の先輩はアサーティブな傾向が強く、若い看護師およびスタッフナースでは非主張的傾向が強かった。横断的なデータゆえ断定的な結論は導けないが、対象者は職場経験や生活経験を重ねる中で、しだいにアサーティブな対応を獲得してきたということかもしれない。以上の結果はただちに一般化はできないものの、重要な示唆を含んでいる。なぜなら、一般には臨床経験1～4年の若い先輩看護師がプリセプターとして新人を指導することが多い中にあって、若い先輩は新人にとってアサーションモデルになりにくい存在であり、新人に対して言いたいことを表現しきれていない可能性が示されたからである。したがって、若い先輩看護師が新人に対してアサーティブに接してゆけるよう、アサーショントレーニングを含む研修が必要かもしれない。これには
