The colonial government's intention is to inspire writers to write Kou-Min Literature, and use literature strength to encourage Taiwanese to devote their life to Japan Empire, and could become supporting part of the Japanese warfare demand.\nIn this paper, the author concluded that Yang-Kui did not follow Japanese government policy; instead he concerned more about the spirit and living will of labors who tried to survive from the war.
