| 内容記述 | The purpose of this paper is to clarify the direction that is being taken regarding how a better community life and support system for people with disabilities is trying to be achieved through the formulation of a municipal social services plan based on the "Support System for People with Disabilities Law" that was enacted in April 2006. The author will clarify the characteristic needs of people with disabilities by focusing especially on the social services plan for people with disabilities in Minamata, Kumamoto Prefecture, which has been closely related to the formulation of the policy. In addition, an investigation of the concept and direction of the prefectural policy was carried out by interviewing those in charge of formulating the prefectural social services plan. Based on this, it is recognized that social services for people with disabilities is a common issue that all areas face and is considered as one of the aspects of city planning. |
