| 内容記述 | The environments that surround the medical treatment such as the advancement of Medical Technology, the rapidly growing segment of old people in the population, the life style of people have changed greatly. Such an aged society that our country faces is a society that has its fate to take care of a lot of deaths. The end period caring in Japan is a high-priority issue in the super-aged society. How is the medical treatment in the patient in the end period to be enhanced. The 'Guideline concerning terminal care1 was announced in May, 2007, when the concern of the society had arisen. And the concept "Spiritual care" has come to be paid to attention in the field of terminal care in recent years, and the importance of a clinical approach to a spiritual pain has come to be discussed. In the following, it will be showed that it is necessary to build into the terminal care system in Japan the spiritual caring method. The necessity of spiritual caring worker who has the skill to understand people's narrative is to be described. |
