| 内容記述 | This study takes up three kinds of addiction: alcohol, nicotine and sex. The participants in this study are students of 110 universities who gave consent to cooperate with our research. They were required to complete two questionnaires: Temperament and Inventory (TCI) assessing personality and Parental Bonding Instrument (PBI) asking parental experiences. We got 4,357 valid responses and extracted 4,024 samples of those under 25 years old. These samples were analyzed by Covariance Structure Analysis. As a result, it was asssured that a latant variable, 'addiction', exists. Personality which consists of temperament and character is involved in addiction. And parental behavior, one of environmental factors, influences character formation, though it is not related to addiction directly. Even though the problem of addiction has expanded, psychiatry has not had comprehensive view about it, but has dealt with it merely case-by-case. However, addictive behaviours are problematic ones that have some common factors and are relate to personality and environmental factors deeply. This study is an attempt to define addiction more widely, and to propose that it is necessary to approach to multiple addictive behaviors with sociological and philosophical views. | |||||
