| 内容記述 | The purpose of this research was to investigate the effectiveness of role-playing (RP) on university students in improving their personal relationships. The role-playing was based on characteristics of present day university students. Ten university students participated in the RP for two months, in which eight sessions were carried out. In these sessions the participants in a psychologically secure setting showed creativity, originality, and voluntary action while wrestling with the problem of personal relationships. All paraticipants completed questionnaires measuring "social skill" (Kiss-18) and self-efficacy in personal relationships (self-confidence in personal relationships, trust in friends, and trust from their friends) before and after the program. The results indicated that, after participating in the program, the participants had increased "social skill" and self-efficacy in personal relationships, compared to before participating in the program. The authors suggested that RP should not only look back on personal relationships but also learn what one could do to built a good relationship. | |||||||||||||||||
