| 内容記述 | We therefore set out to evaluate and compare the expression of Hsp105 in the selected skin cancers. The expression of Hsp105 was also investigated in melanocytic naevus, a non-neoplastic proliferation of melanocytes, and actinic keratosis. We hope that this will shed some light and possibly form the baseline results for future studies regarding Hspl05 based vaccination. Furthermore, some laboratories are investigating the importance of Hsp105 in the treatment of cancers ; our data will be useful for the continuation of such studies. |
