| 内容記述 | Macrophages are present in nearly all tissues and organs of the body. They can be identified immunohistochemically by virtue of the presence of monocyte/macrophage-associated antigens such as CD11b, CD14, CD68, CD163, CD169, and CD204. Among these molecules, CD68 is most widely distributed in monocyte/macrophages at various differentiation stages and activation states. Antibodies recognizing CD68 have been used as some of the best reagents for labeling macrophages in tissues. Many antibodies recognize human CD68 antigens, however, only a few antibodies reportedly recognize CD68 in animals, especially guinea pigs. | |||||
