| 内容記述 | Combination anti-retroviral drug regimens including reverse-transcriptase inhibitors and protease inhibitors have dramatically decreased morbidity and mortality rates in human immunodeficiency type 1 virus (HIV-1) infected individuals. However, it is reported that these combination therapies induce many side effects and have aided the emergence of strains of resistant HIV-1. In this study, we examined the inhibitory effect of electrical stimulation on infection of HIV-1 and the growth of chronically HIV-1-infected cells. I then investigated new inhibition factors of HIV-1. | |||||||||||
