| 内容記述 | Intraarterial chemotherapy has been used to treat head and neck cancers for more than 30 years. Several reports confirm that the intraarterial infusion chemotherapy is feasible for squamous cell carcinomas of the oral cavity. However, most case showed good local response, there were some poor prognosis groups. Therefore, we started our new protocol from 1999, in which the drug distribution is evaluated using an IVR-CT system and the chemotherapy is combined with medium-dose conformal radiation therapy. This new protocol significantly improved the local response of the primary tumor. | |||||||||||
