Problems in positioning were extracted from 5 patients who gave consent, and positioning by selecting an appropriate pillow to support the position was performed. Regarding range of motion training, the frequency was increased from once to twice a day. The degree of joint stiffness was assessed based on the angle of the range of motion. The range of motion was expanded after 25 days, suggesting that such a combination of adequate positioning and range of motion training improves joint stiffness.}, pages = {39--51}, title = {ポジショニングと関節可動域訓練を併用したケアの関節拘縮改善の効果 : 脳血管障害後遺症発症後3年経過した高齢者のケアから}, volume = {5}, year = {2009}, yomi = {モリタ, トシコ} }
