| 内容記述 | Up to present, Japanese rural society has been experiencing many social and economical problems which based on demographic changes as a result of industrialization and urbanization since particularly after WW2. In order to solve these problems and create a new future for rural, many policies and projects have been carried out since then. However, most of these mainly focused on an economical development by increasing rural population with "external" sources which are totally irrelevant to daily life and future of rural community. On the other hand, people in rural such as elderly and women and their children who live urban (in this study we call them "Living-Apart Adult Children") were not given a leading role in order to sustain community and were counted as "Ghost Members" of rural community. Therefore, in this paper, we would like to consider what LAAC mean to their hometown and discuss what kind of possibilities and roles LAAC should have for creating a new future for their hometown? |
