| 内容記述 | The aim this study is to reveal downstream signaling molecules related with PRL receptor (PRLR) what are responsible for PRL-mediated signal transduction. I especially looked for tyrosine phosphorylated molecules, because PRLR signals through subsequent tyrosine residue phosphorylations on signaling molecules. In the cytosolic fraction of newt testes, a 90kDa protein was tyrosine phoshorylated by PRL action. | |||||
