Ten niversity students participated in the Role-Playing (RP) for two months, in which eight sessions were carried out. In these sessions the participants in a psychologically secure setting showed creativity, originality, and spontaneity while wrestling with the problem of personal relationships. Case D ; D was extremely nervous and was not able to show her spontaneity at first. But, as the sessions continued, her creativity, originality, and spontaneity increased. Case L; From the start of this session L observed it from a spectator's standpoint. There were several occasions where L performed those auxiliary egos where L repeatedly thought about the other participants' problems and my own problems from a spectator centered view. We discussed the changes in personal relationships through the characteristics of the RP; creativity, originality, and spontaneity, as well as through the semi-standardized interview and the structure laying technique (SLT) which were conducted during the pre- and post-sessions.}, pages = {121--134}, title = {ロールプレイングによる大学生の対人関係の変化}, volume = {58}, year = {2009}, yomi = {シバヤマ, ケンジ} }
