With the idea of health pro-motion, the program aims at the inhabitants' participation and their own action. The project called "Healthy Japan 21" in Kosa Machi(town) is drawn up by using what we call "PRECEDE・PROCEED Model(MIDORI Model)." The following items came out as the basic needs for making the health program promotion program for the inhabitants. 1. Ability to enjoy diets 2. Ability to incorporate sports in his/her life 3. To maintain one's own health by oneself 4. To have a community where people always laugh 5.
