| 内容記述 | 基底膜は上皮と間質の間に存在し、癌細胞の浸潤・転移に対してはバリアとして機能する重要な構造である。しかし、食道扁平上皮癌の浸潤過程における基底膜の質的変化は充分に解明されていない。そこで、基底膜の質的変化と癌の悪性度の関連を明らかにすることにした。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The destruction of basement membrane (BM) is thought to be the first step in cancer cell invasion and metastasis. However, the remodeling of BM in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) invasion has been still unclear. In the present study, we focused on Type IV collagen and laminin-332 which were major components of the epithelial BM, and evaluated the relationship between the remodeling of BM and ESCC invasion. | |||||
