| 内容記述 | The purpose of this paper is to consider two types of property in genetic information in terms of property theory, and valid profit distribution related to genetic information in terms of profit for owners. Two types of property are identity and possessions. While identity is irreplaceable, possessions are replaceable. In considering property of genetic information, I think that this distinction is important. In addition, genetic information has an aspect of common property of mankind. In conclusion, I think that valid profit distribution should be based on the idea of 'sharing of benefit'. | |||||
