On the other hand, the lack or mal-distribution of obstetrician and illegal execution of the midwife's jobs by registered nurses became issues. These new social trend throw a new light on the status of midwives who have an ability to cope with a normal delivery independently. Midwife is essentially qualified personnel who have special ability to deal with a normal parturition. That's what should be reconsidered now. The analysis of this social trend will elucidate the contemporary role of midwives and educational assignment. This is the aim of the study.},
