After science classes with the experiments, we had questionnaire to the students. Analysis of the questionnaire showed easiness and safety of the experiments, reduction of resistance on collection of saliva, and getting realistic understanding due to the color change of the reaction mixtures. Another analysis of questionnaire to the teachers who conducted the science classes, indicated eagerly action of students to the science classes, and much time for discussion of the students on the experiments and salivary function.
