Then Judo players were subjected three sets of Uchikomi training which was constructed three-time combination of 30-sec Uchikomi and 30-sec cooling down. Three types of cooling down were set: 1)sitting on the chair (sedentary rest), 2)stretching, and 3)walking (active rest) after Uchikomi training.
