 note = {With the analysis of distributions and fluctuations of the route prices about the internal parts of the central shopping district surrounding the Kami-Tori Arcade in Kumamoto City, we find that the Kaminoura-Tori Street is one of the streets with the most inexpensive route price inner this district. However, the ratios of the shops which handle shopping goods and restaurants along the street are increasing recently to a decade. Therefore, the street improves centrality. And the street has an atmosphere having to do with a hiding place but this atmosphere is the one which is not in a new commercial district in suburbs.
