Next, as a result of classification of these municipalities through their administrative functions, we can classify five classes (Fig.2). Another point of view, as a result of classification of these municipalities through their daily urban systems on traveling to work and attending school, we can classify four classes (Fig.5). Because of the expansion of the prefectural capital city's sphere, the municipalities of the third class in Fig.2 differentiate into the municipalities of the first or second classes in Fig.5.
