 note = {近年、地域マネジメントや公共政策デザインに際して、地域住民の参加や地域社会の協働が求められている。本研究では、平成19～21年度まで筆者らの研究室が関与した坪井川サイエンスショップの活動記録を基に、地域社会の協働過程の基礎的な分析を行った。その結果、専門家として地域マネジメントに関わる大学の資質として、①学生供給による地域活性、②業務以前の業務が可能、③多様な情報発信、の3要素が抽出された。また、地域マネジメントにとっては地域住民の多様かつ日常的な生活環境に対する改善意欲がその推進起点となること、地域住民、行政、第三者のどの主体が欠けても、地域マネジメントの持続可能な進展が難しくなること、などが分かった。, In resent years, on the regional management and public design the participation of inhabitants and the collaboration with local communites become very important. The aim of this study is basic analysis about corrabolation process, using the record of activities of science-shop workshop which our laboratory join 2007.4-2010.3. As a result, the advantage of university as an expert of local management are below; 1) Local activation by the student supply, 2) The project before the business is possible and 3) Various information dispatch. And, improvement of regional environment by inhabitants based various daily life is necessary for the local management.},
